Blueprint for Nursing Excellence, a Quorum Health Resources (QHR) based program, helps organizations overcome barriers and achieve excellence by following a guided process of continuous improvement to proactively transform the core processes of the nursing work environment. Creative and improved recruitment, retention, training and motivational strategies for nursing staff are crucial in today’s competitive environment. The Blueprint methodology is entirely customized and is supported to transform nursing environments through recruitment, retention, productivity, clinical outcomes, improve core processes, and build trust with physicians and support groups.
