One-on-one self-management education with certified diabetes educators. Patients are provided with information on control and prevention of complications associated with diabetes, and with lifestyle changes, which include activity, nutrition, and effective monitoring.
Current hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Mission Statement
Our Diabetes Education Program at Littleton Regional Hospital "...is dedicated to empowering people with diabetes, and their families, with the knowledge and skills necessary to control their disease. Good diabetes management increases health, quality of life and decreases the risks of acute and chronic complications."

To be the North Country Diabetes Education Program of choice for people living with diabetes and their families.
Diabetes Education – Group Classes
Classes are held on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Conference Room 3.
