Quality Services includes employee education, ensuring our staff has training opportunities essential for professional growth. Quality improvement and risk management focus on creating processes that improve the quality of care delivered in every department and service while reducing the risks to patients and their families. Patient relations and customer service work to assure consistent service to patients, their families, and each member of our Hospital team. Compliance and CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services) regulatory coordination comes under Quality Services. These functions focus on ethical business practices and appropriate attention to Federal and State laws, and regulation in the health care industry.
