Bereavement Support Group
North Country Home Health & Hospice, 536 Cottage Street, Littleton, NH. First and third Tuesday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Contact: Sue Buteau at 603-444-5317.
Brain Injury and Stroke Support Group

Breast Cancer Support Group
The group is open to anyone who is experiencing breast cancer as well as breast cancer survivors. It meets on the third Thursday of each month at North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency, 536 Cottage Street, Littleton NH from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.Contact: Dena Breault, RN at (603) 444-5317
Diabetes Support Group
meets on the second Wednesday of every month, at the Littleton Area Senior Center, from 1 to 2 pm.
NAMI Support Group

Northern NH/VT Ostomy Support Group
