LRH Dr. Moose Golf Tournament Raises $25,000

Littleton Regional Hospital Charitable Foundation hosted the 16th Annual Dr. Moose Golf Tournament at the Maplewood Country Club in Bethlehem, NH on August 26th. One hundred and twenty golfers turned out for this exciting fundraising tournament, which raised $25,000 to benefit the Hospital's Paramedic Intercept Program. Littleton Regional Hospital's Paramedic Intercept Program provides 24-hour advanced level critical care support to EMS Ambulance Services in the Littleton Regional Hospital service area 365 days a year. Paramedics respond directly to calls when dispatched for advanced level assistance, or meet the responding ambulance already in transport. The paramedics assist in the Hospital's Emergency Department providing support to the nursing staff. In addition to their role as critical care providers, the paramedics assist in coordinating EMS educational programs including EMS training, certificate programs, seminars and public education and prevention programs, and they assist in clinical areas throughout the hospital.

Team Whitney's placed 1st Place Gross with players - Chip Stowell, Paul Greenlaw, Jeff Woodward and Mike McNulty; Team Centerpoint placed 2nd Place Gross with players - Mike Coyle, Frank Coyle, Mark Butterfield and Derek Anneser; Team Hackett, Valine & MacDonald placed 1st Place Net and Team Meisenbacher placed 2nd Place Net in this year's tournament. All winners received round of golf at some of Northern New Hampshire's finest resorts, dinner gift certificates and a Dr. Moose apothecary jar filled with candy donated by Chutter's. Chrystal Locke and Paul Greenlaw picked up Closest to the Pin; Peter Minich and Jill Kimball picked up longest drive; Kim Butler and Greg Allaire picked up longest putt; Abel Gonzales and Karen Altobelli picked up shortest drive; and Kim Butler and LRH's - Warren West won closest to the line.
