| Extended Hours at LRH Cafeteria |

Littleton, NH - Littleton Regional Hospital will extend their cafeteria hours beginning February 4, 2008 to include late afternoon and evening hours from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. The extended hours will provide visitors to LRH an opportunity to enjoy a healthy meal while visiting family and friends at Littleton Regional Hospital. LRH's Food and Nutrition Department offers a variety of healthy meal choices at affordable prices, which includes options for vegetarians and those on restricted diets. The menu changes daily but includes a wide choice of entrees including roasted organic free range chicken, stuffed pork loin, vegetable lasagna, prime rib, several choices of fresh vegetables, salad bar, grab and go sandwiches and an assortment of fresh baked desserts.
The Food and Nutrition Department at LRH is hopeful that the extended hours in the cafeteria at LRH will provide a home like setting for employees and visitors to enjoy dinner during the evening hours. Michelle Heinrich, director of food and nutrition services at LRH states, "Having a family member or friend in the hospital can be stressful. We are hopeful that this will alleviate some of that stress by providing an opportunity for them to enjoy dinner during their visit to LRH."
