LRH Auxiliary Awards Scholarships
Littleton, NH – Littleton Regional Hospital’s Auxiliary provided four scholarships to LRH employees furthering their education in the healthcare field. Each year the Auxiliary support the efforts of health care providers or those entering or returning to school to further their health care careers by providing scholarships. All of the monies provided are raised through various fundraisers organized through efforts of the Hospital’s Auxiliary.
This year, the Auxiliary awarded $4,800 in scholarships to four LRH employees including Vicki Brodeur, Cindy Taylor, Roxanne Esty, and Kathryn Barden. Ms. Brodeur is attending White Mountains Community College and is working towards her RN in nursing, Ms. Taylor is attending White Mountain Community College and is working towards her Associates degree in nursing, Ms. Esty is attending White Mountains Community College and is entering her second year as a nursing student, and Ms. Barden is attending Care Med Educational Services in Plymouth studying for her RN certification.
Later this month four students from surrounding high schools whose career goals include furthering their education in the healthcare field will be awarded scholarships following graduation.
