Littleton, NH - Littleton Regional Hospital is also pleased to announce that Kristen G. van Bergen-Buteau, Data Specialist & Executive Administrative Support for the Quality Services Department, has earned the credential of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). The CPHQ designation is the internationally recognized and accredited competency-based credential for the healthcare quality profession and is the worldwide Gold Standard for the healthcare quality professional. The granting of CPHQ status recognizes professional and academic achievement by individuals in the field of healthcare quality management. Certified Healthcare Quality Professionals are committed to excellence in healthcare quality. Their comprehensive body of knowledge includes quality management, quality improvement, case/care/disease/utilization management and risk management. Their work applies to all employment levels and in all healthcare settings. There are currently over 7,400 active CPHQs in the United States and worldwide.
