Qigong Classes at LRH
Littleton Regional Hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department will host a series Qigong classes, led by Mary Sturtevant, M. Ed., certified level III advanced Qigong instructor; certified Taiji instructor; certified Reiki Master and teacher of these modalities for more than fourteen years.
Qigong is a wonderful practice, accessible to anyone and is great for stress reduction. Qigong is the "Mother of the Chinese arts of tai chi, feng shui, acupuncture, martial arts, massage, nutrition and herbology. All of these arts focus on QI, the life force and gung, our skill in growing and using it.
The series of four classes will be on April 29, May 6, 13 and May 20, from 4:00 - 5 p.m. in the H. Taylor Caswell, Jr. Phyisician’s Office Building in conference rooms 1 & 2. The cost for all four (4) classes is $40.00 and is open to the public.
